DMV - Fairport at 1350 Turk Hill Road, Fairport, New York.

I had no problems at this DMV. As a matter of fact, I prefer this location the best. My daughter had to get her permit to get her first job. We were from another state. I am originally from Wayne County however, we moved 13 years ago.

People you need to do your research for hours of any business not just the DMV. I always call a business to verify the hours are correct. It is just the way it is now days. If you do your research and have everything ready there should be no problems.

My daughter had no problem getting her permit that day. They did have a computer problem but they still worked on what they could. They gave me the papers I need to change my license over. I ended up going to Penfield day because I knew they were only open Friday.

I am going there to get the paperwork I need to buy a car for my daughter as I have to drive all the way to buffalo to register it as there are no dmv open on Saturday in this area.

The employees are employees. If you have a problem with the state of NY then take it up with the right office. These people are clerks. They are human. Everyone is entitled to a bad day. It is a mobile office therefore they will need to get situated. Personally I prefer going to Fairport than all the way to Lyons.

My only complain is there are no office in Monroe County on Saturdays. No late hours past 3:30 on Fridays.

The only thing I noticed is the people go blind in there without doing their research. People do not have patience. Don't assume. Research. Stop being lazy and pointing fingers! People are all into themselves.
