Ok service, thought it'd be as easy as bringing my bike in pay for the service and be issue free. I was wrong. Had to take the bike back twice for adjustments and I still have gear slippage in the back even though that's not what it was brought in for. New symptom. Bought a new set of wider pedals while I was there as well and now all they do is creek whenever you apply even the minimal amount of pressure, making me not even wanna ride it. Saving money to take it to another shop and hopefully fall in love with it again. Inquired while I was there to an employee where they send their techs to be trained how to work on these bikes so I might check it out myself to acquire a new skill set to which I got the reply of "I've been doing this since before they required certification" like great, thanks for answering my question. Will never return here and am sorry I went in the first place.
