Suburban Lawn and Landscape Inc at 1255 Fairport Road, Fairport, New York.

I made an appointment with them that I was unable to keep. They had every right to be frustrated and irritated with me. However, I called to apologize and they were extremely rude with me. Yelled at me that they were not going to come back and hung up the phone on me. I called again to explain my circumstances and why no one came to the door and again apologize. They kept at yelling at me and again disconnected the phone. I know that it was my mistake, however it did not seem professional to treat potential clients this way. I was cancelled on and no-showed many times and always was kind enough to give the other person the benefit of a second chance.

knowledgeable staff, friendly and efficient, vey happy with the work they have performed for me.... To date, a new brick sidewalk, now 10 years old and still as beautiful as day one....fall cleanup, could not believe how thorough they were. Seasonal yard maintenance and fertilizing...
